    The Equalities and Human Rights Committee is looking to hear your views on the Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) Bill.

    The Bill proposes granting a pardon to all men convicted of consensual same-sex activity under old discriminatory laws and, if applied for, a legal disregard.

    The rules governing the reporting and investigation of sexual harassment complaints against MSPs are to be reviewed by the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee.

    A call for evidence will be agreed at the Committee’s next meeting.
