Calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to conduct an urgent review to identify children who are not registered with an Education Authority in Scotland and are being denied a basic human right to access an education suitable to age, ability and aptitude.

What are your views on the fact that children do not have to be registered with the local education authority or health care practice when moved between any of the education authorities?

I am very concerned that there is no register for children, no method of assessment, no level of attainment required, and minors are being denied access to education and a basic human right.
