About the Inquiry
In anticipation of the UK's withdrawal from the European Union, the Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitutional Relations wrote to the Finance and Constitution Committee and the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee setting out the Scottish Government's approach to affording the Scottish Parliament the opportunity to scrutinise proposals to consent to the UK Government legislating in devolved areas.
